dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to explore the impact of narrow reading on Armenian EFL (English as a Foreign Language) learners’ vocabulary growth and perceptions towards reading. There is no much research conducted on this subject and no similar study is carried out in the Armenian context. The present study has been carried on for four weeks of narrow reading instruction with five adult participants of intermediate English proficiency level. The results revealed that narrow reading has a significant effect on the participants’ vocabulary growth but a minimal impact on their perceptions towards reading. | en_US |
