Text of the Poem on the Plaque: "A decade ago we threw our hats in the air To celebrate the turning of a new historical page, We kneeled to the "knighted", to be blessed in our task Of building our future, to be bold and sage.

You gave us new vision, keys to open new doors To go out and explore, perhaps fail, but then win, To discover the world and claim it our own: We are back - to say "Thank you: we bow."
