Abstract

In Armenia, rules regarding bank secrecy are regulated by the RA law on bank secrecy. Generally, in Armenia access to bank secrecy is possible by court decision within the scope of corruption cases investigation. So there is a necessity to create appropriate mechanisms aimed to facilitate the procedure of lifting bank secrecy.
