Anti-smoking draft bill of the Republic of Armenia whether the Armenian anti-smoking draft bill is in violation of rights of business entities in Armenia

Abstract

The Paper will include research on the international anti-smoking legislation, enforcement mechanisms, as well as best practices in the field. Potential issues that might arise in light of fines imposed against business entities, other possible violations of the rights of business entities if the Draft Bill is enforced will be subsequently discussed. Finally, the Paper will advance to making recommendations based on the analysis of the respective international best practices.
