This article is an interview with Armen Der Kiureghian, who is a current AUA's president. He is also one of the AUA's founding father's in 1991. He speaks about the process of the establishment of the university, how the idea at all started and what it took to realize the idea after the earthquake and the collapse of Soviet Union.
