Establishing a business incubator in Armenia

Abstract

Major goal for this project is to develop a business plan for creating a BI in Armenia. The BI itself will meet the needs of today’s Armenian business environment. This prepared Business Plan will help generate interest from the side of the above mentioned organizations or some other international financial institutions and receive financial assistance and support from them. The basic objectives for the project are the following: 1. Understand the legal status of BI. 2. Define the relationship with tenants. 3. Clarify the organization structure and exactly define the functions of each department. 4. Determine the types of services which the BI is going to provide. 5. Determine the necessary equipment and facilities for the BI. 6. Estimate the number of employees for BI and their qualification. 7. Prepare development and implementation plan. 8. Identify the possible ways of developing and expansion of the idea of BI in Armenia.
