dc.description Thesis en_US
dc.description.abstract This thesis paper will underscore the main aspects of the right of freedom of expression and the respect for private life to reveal and understand their roles, the “job” of the media and the notion of responsible journalism in modern society by discussing litigations, domestic and international practices, and the scientific approaches that shaped those ideas. As an outcome of such research we will try to provide guidance on how to strike the golden mean between these rights by amending national applicable legislation based on the practice of bodies operating on the basis of international treaties on human rights, ratified by the Republic of Armenia. en_US
