dc.description.abstract My research showed that the principle of non-retroactivity of criminal law is not an absolute one. There are many judicial decisions restricting this principle. Subsequently, my paper is designed to answer the question whether or not this restriction is lawful, does it fall under the principle of state governed by rule of law and does not it violate individuals’ rights? en_US
