dc.description.abstract |
The purpose of this paper is to examine currently existing state regulations on cryptocurrency status and usage. In particular, to what extent states should engage in extensive regulation of the field. The first chapter of this paper will look into technical specifications of cryptocurrencies, the technology behind it and the possible use of the system in other fields. The second chapter will cover several taxation methods adopted by the states, the effectiveness and timeliness of those methods and will draw comparisons between them. The final chapter will cover recommendations for Republic of Armenia on respective policies. |
