dc.description.abstract |
The flow of migration has occurred from the historical period, but nowadays it has reached to extensive numbers, which keeps European countries concerned about the situation. It brought to the fact that many countries implemented integration plans to manage migration. The purpose of the paper is to find how Germany, Austria, and UK managed the integration of migrants, what factors they applied in the integration process. Germany is considered as the second country with the highest numbers of migrants which faces serious problems of managing the flow. Its integration plan includes all the aspects such as education, vocational training, civic education, labor market integration. It is based on different levels that the migrants get engaged in their society life and adopt all the norms and conditions. The Austrian plan is based on creating peace and prosperity in the country and emphasizing the citizenship role in the society. To get engaged in the society the migrants are required to pass and gain different qualifications and trainings. The UK is not much concerned about the integration; instead, they want to bring together diverse communities together. The research will be based on studying different factors (job skills, trainability, citizenship, education) that help to manage migration and integrate the migrants. |
