dc.description.abstract |
One of the major issues in political science and development economics today is the interrelations between globalization, poverty, and inequality. The paper first identifies the main components of economic globalization that have affected the Republic of Armenia and then examines their relationship with poverty and inequality in the country by means of correlation and regression analyses. The evidence from the study findings supports the view that economic globalization is associated with higher economic growth, less poverty, and inequality. |
