dc.description.abstract This paper addresses the issue of Turkish-Armenian relations, in particular the non-existent relations between them. The paper refers to the historical background and based on it, describes the problematic state in which the two countries are now. The costs and benefits of the current state is identified according to socio-economic and political criteria. According to the findings, some recommendations are made to the Governmental structures on how to address the issue and how to find a solution to the problem. en_US
