dc.description.abstract The goal of this project is to develop an operational assessment for the AUA Cafeteria. It was launched to reveal existing problems and bottlenecks, analyze their sources, develop alternative actions and give final recommendations that will allow AUA to improve the overall performance of the Cafeteria, increase its profitability and enhance the value of the personal contribution of each Cafeteria’s employee. The main areas of investigations are the pricing policy, personnel management, general management and reporting system. en_US
