dc.description.abstract The purpose of the research is to reveal possible risks and opportunities of human rights that arise from the application and development of AI. The approach chosen for the analysis is to identify how relevant international instruments and national law, designed ethical are corresponding to the challenges imposed by AI. The mapping of gaps in legal frameworks and risks arising from the deployment of AI will pave the way to come out with recommendations and possible solutions to the problems. en_US
