Whether the absence of the definition of “forced labor” can hinder to find and punish the cases of “forced labor”?

Abstract

In this paper the research question why we need to include the definition of forced labor in the criminal code of the Republic of Armenia will be fully examined and answered. The conclusion will be that including the definition in the Criminal Code will help law enforcement authorities to detect such cases.
