In our society children are considered as one of the vulnerable social groups, moreover, in many situations, unfortunately, they are the most defenseless mankind. Not every child has a shaped personality in his early ages and not every child can understand the real danger of his steps. In this kind of situations, as we know, the assistance of the elders plays a vital role. Children committed a crime, cause harm to not only the object of the crime, but also themselves, entering not the best life that could have been created for them. To solve this huge problem, we need to make improvements in the legislation of Republic of Armenia (hereinafter referred to as “RA”), as the law amendments play the core role to tackle the issue we have currently. In this thesis paper we are going to concentrate mainly on the punishment measures imposed on the minors, the legal aid, criminal rehabilitation and social reintegration issues, discussing the shortcomings in the RA legislation regulating the listed issues and suggest improvements to guarantee more effective approaches.

As transfer pricing regulations are newly incorporated into the Tax Code of Armenia and we do not have enough practice to make clear conclusions about the productivity of those rules, in this paper I will mainly concentrate on the possible challenges that Armenian tax authorities or business entities may be faced with. Besides the raised issues I will suggest some possible solutions using international regulations or practice of developed states.

Kyandaryan, Tatevik
This paper aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of data protection law in the Republic of Armenia and international practices regarding the engagement of state liability for legislative changes. The reasons how banks and financial organizations solicit customer personal information based on the “Know Your Customer” principle required by law will be discussed. This paper will address a very important question of why financial companies should maintain and use their customers’ personal data without going beyond the scope of “Know Your Customer” principle. The importance of creating sufficient resources to protect customers’ personal data when using online lending will be discussed. The specific question is whether the use of a client’s personal data for the reasons other than the intended purpose by financial institutions is lawful under Armenian law where the data was collected for conducting client due diligence based on the “Know Your Customer” principle.
